“Our Support Staff Are Here For Your Needs”
To provide ethical, high quality, services and support to all people that we work with. We understand exactly what it means to have a disability in our society and strive to help as many people as we can to get the care, services, and supports they need, and deserve. We believe all people have the same rights, even if they are unable to speak up for themselves, and we place great importance on getting to know how a person sees the world so that we can support them in the best way they need, and that helps them feel heard, cared for and valued.
We train to support the most vulnerable and dependent members within our community. This kind of care takes more than good training and experience. It needs someone with the right blend of values, standards and qualities. Feel free to enquire via our contact page, or talk to us by phone, email, social media, and via zoom.
Fair Go Access Disability Support Services are qualified service providers, and are able to connect with many support pathways such as Aged Care Packages, Veteran’s Affairs, and, we are NDIS Registered Providers within Geelong and Western Melbourne with the capability to extend services Australia wide.

Fantastic Service with professional, qualified carers. With both my mum and dad no longer at home, we really needed a caring, friendly and understanding support service to assist us with our intellectually and physically disabled brother. Fair Go Access has been there for us all the way, and stood by us during the COVID 19 lockdown when help was really needed. All the carers are open, friendly and completely understand my brother’s needs. There is open communication with all staff, and administration staff are so accommodating to any rostering changes. Fair-Go Access makes every effort to fit in with my brother’s life and the lives of my family. We highly recommend Fair Go Access
As the mother of 3 special needs children I have over the years been linked in with several service providers. Often I was left feeling insignificant, UNneeded & a bother quite honestly. Cries for help often met with a robotic response or excuse. The team at FGA have in my experience gone above & beyond to support my boys & my family as a whole. As a single mother who is pretty frazzled, FGA has been a positive, calming influence in our hectic lives. Our support worker is extremely, punctual, reliable, caring, enthusiastic & it is obvious that she has my children’s best interest at heart – as well as mine. Organising shifts or a change in needs is simple, fast, hassle free & I find Demi extremely open to accommodating our needs any way that she can. I feel safe leaving my son who has various behaviours of concern, including self injurious behaviour in their care & it’s been a long time since I have felt that way. Every team member I have dealt with has been empathetic, compassionate, friendly, open to my needs & wants & just a pleasure to be in my personal space. Do yourself a favour and enquire with FGA about any support needs that you have. Except Kristina- I don’t want to share her, she is so amazing that I want her available for my family every single time I ask lol We truly love her.
