As the mother of 3 special needs children I have over the years been linked in with several service providers. Often I was left feeling insignificant, UNneeded & a bother quite honestly. Organising shifts or a change in needs is simple, fast, hassle free & I find Demi extremely open to accommodating our needs any way that she can. I feel safe leaving my son who has various behaviours of concern, including self injurious behaviour in their care & it’s been a long time since I have felt that way. Every team member I have dealt with has been empathetic, compassionate, friendly, open to my needs & wants & just a pleasure to be in my personal space.
